Résumé
The objective of this study was to get a valid and reliable French version of the Movement Imagery Questionnaire (Hall & Pongrac, 1983). Using a sample of 127 men and 68 women, the results showed that the French version had construct validity and reliability comparable to those found with the English version. The findings suggest that level of practice, duration of practice, sex, and nature of practice are factors that should be integrated in future studies in order to improve predictive validity.
